"I ordered a replacement key fob and it..."
I ordered a replacement key fob and it looked right at first. But it didn’t fully match my car’s setup. The site said it was compatible, so that threw me off a bit.
Shipping was fine. Support did reply. I just ended up needing a local locksmith to get it working. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I hoped.

"Website was a little frustrating to deal with"
I was just trying to look up some info about their lock service, the website made it harder than it needed to be. I’m not saying it was completely unusable or anything, but the layout felt kind of messy and I had to click around more than I expected to find the right section. Some of the buttons and links could definitely be clearer.

The pages loaded fine, so it’s not like the whole thing was broken, but on my phone it felt clunky and not very smooth. Maybe I’m being picky, but when you’re trying to find a service quickly, that stuff matters. I almost gave up and checked another company instead.

"Replacement key was off"
I ordered a replacement key and it did arrive fast, so that part was fine. But the cut was a little off. It would slide into the lock, but I had to wiggle it around a bunch, and sometimes it just wouldn’t turn at all. Seems like this always happens with replacement keys unless you get them done in person. I ended up taking it to a local locksmith to get it fixed. Customer service was okay, but overall it wasn’t really what I was expecting...

"Programming took a bit to figure out"
It actually took me longer than I expected to figure out the programming steps. Once I got through it, it made more sense, but it definitely wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be

The order itself was fine, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I barely got any updates for days, which was really frustrating because I needed the part quickly. it made me lose a lot of trust in ordering from them again.

They did help me in the end, but it took a while to get replies, which was frustrating. On top of that, the reminders felt kind of aggressive, especially when I was still waiting to hear back from them.

"I really wanted this lock to..."
I really wanted this lock to be decent, but it felt kind of cheap right out of the package. I put it on the gate by my garage, and after using it for a short while, it just stopped working properly. I was standing there one morning with my coffee getting cold, trying to mess with it, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected something sturdier. Not something I’d buy again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong electronic lock part, which was a bit frustrating because I knew right away I’d have to deal with sending it back. The return instructions were mostly clear, although I did end up emailing once just to make sure I had the correct address.
They got back to me the next day, which I really appreciated, and the refund came through about a week after they received the item. It wasn’t lightning fast, but it also wasn’t stressful or messy, so I can’t really complain too much.
I’m only taking off one star because I do wish they gave better updates during the return process. Still, everything got sorted in the end, and I felt relieved once the refund hit. Overall, I’d be comfortable ordering from them again

"Felt a bit pricey for what it was"
I used electroniclocksmith.com because it seemed straightforward, but umm, the final cost ended up feeling higher than I expected. The parts are fine and they work, but nothing really stood out as amazing. Shipping also added more than I thought it would. Overall, it does the job, but I’m not sure I got the best value for the money.

"Something feels off with this order"
I ordered a specific lock part, but a completely different one showed up. I went back and checked my email, and the order looks right on my end, so something feels off here. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it, which is annoying.
